We offer innovative community participation services designed to support people with disability in building skills that allow them to increase participation and employability in their community and promote inclusivity.
Our highly trained Community Engagement Practitioners will focus on capacity building, improving resilience, developing wellbeing and personal growth to connect with the wider community and eventually transition away from the service being provided to informal supports and services.
Participants undertaking our services will:
- Improve self-esteem and increase confidence
- Develop new skill-sets and evolve wider interests
- Enhance problem-solving skills
- Feel more comfortable and become aware of social norms and expectations

- Workshops on finding suitable employment
- Mentoring to overcome challenges and continue your job
- Assistance and support for setting up your own small business
- Classes to learn new skills or improve existing ones
- Participation in free community events
